together we create a place to come back to your body, your breath, and your own steady rhythm.

You may have been holding your breath for longer than you realize. Maybe you’ve learned to live with a body that stays on guard, even when nothing is wrong. here, we begin gently… with sensation, breath, movement, and the quiet wisdom already living in your nervous system. Somatic work, art, tapping, and parts work create room for what has been carried too long. and for some, the ocean becomes part of the medicine: a place to soften, listen, and return.

our approach

Healing happens when the whole person is cared for: mind, body, and nervous system working together. At Harbor Health Collective, we believe lasting change lives not only in the thinking mind, but in the body, the breath, and the deeper currents of the nervous system. Our work is designed to meet you where you are, gently and intentionally, so what has been held for too long can begin to loosen.

body-based approaches

Body-based work focuses on how stress, trauma, and emotion live in the nervous system, not just in thoughts. Through somatic awareness, grounding practices, breath, eft tapping, art-based expression, and parts work, we help the body settle and the system find its way back toward safety. This work supports regulation at the level where patterns are carried, like tide marks left behind after a storm.

ocean therapy

Ocean therapy brings the healing presence of the sea into the therapeutic process as an experiential, body-based option. For some clients, the ocean offers something words cannot: rhythm, vastness, movement, and the feeling of being held by something larger than yourself. Through intentional time with water, shoreline, breath, and sensation, ocean therapy invites the nervous system to soften, the body to orient, and healing to unfold in a way that feels natural and alive.

couples & co-parenting support

We use Gottman Method couples therapy to support healthier communication, trust-building, and emotional connection. We also work with couples and partners navigating stress, distance, and long-standing relational patterns. Co-parenting support is also available for families seeking steadiness, clarity, and care in their relationships.

Together, these approaches help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and return to yourself with more steadiness, more spaciousness, and more room to breathe.

gradually, gently, and in waves.”
